If you are not completely satisfied with your Biossance purchase, returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt. Any product issues must be reported within 14 days of delivery.

Biossance is not responsible for any return shipping costs. We will refund the purchase price paid for the item(s) plus any tax paid on the item(s), less any discounts, rebates, credits or refunds already given to you in connection with such products. We cannot accept returns on products that have been heavily used. Please allow 14 business days for Biossance to receive and process your return.
